MultiSite Manager is only compatible with BackupAssist licenses that carry valid Upgrade Protection.

That means Upgrade Protection is also your gateway to easy, timesaving remote management.

Keep Upgrade Protection renewed on your BackupAssist licenses, and you can manage backups, restores, updates, reports and licensing from anywhere, on any device, via a WAN or LAN connection using your MultiSite Manager software.

Do I have Upgrade Protection already?

Whenever you purchase a new BackupAssist license, you will automatically receive a complimentary 3 months Upgrade Protection subscription. At this time, you can also choose from either 12 or 24 months* Upgrade Protection for a significantly discounted rate. This initial subscription is valid from the date of purchase. After that, you will need to renew your Upgrade Protection – available in 12 or 24 month subscriptions.

The Upgrade Protection subscription covers the BackupAssist license. All associated add-on licenses (Exchange Mailbox, SQL, etc) are upgraded for free whenever you upgrade BackupAssist to a new version.
